A voucher has an expiry date, but the value does not disappear. It moves into the recipient's Cllynk wallet, and the wallet never expires.
What if they spend less than the gift?
For an amount voucher, the rest stays on the voucher for next time. A specific product or service is a single use.
Do they need the app?
To claim a gift they verify a phone number on the link. To use it, yes, they open the app.
Where can a gift be used?
